Shipping ETAs

ETAs vary widely by Vendor. If you are in need of parts fast or on a specific timeline please reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE before BEFORE placing your order and verify the items arrival date will fit your needs. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders on a daily basis to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

TRANSIT TIMES

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier. For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, UPS transit times are as follows:

  **Once The Item Arrives At Our Facility Then The Following Applies**

  • Next Day Air - Transit time of 1 Business Day
  • 2nd Day Air - Transit time of 2 Business Days
  • Premium 3-Day Service - Transit time of 3-5 Business Days
  • Ground - Transit time of 5-7 Business Days

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Precision Sport Industries reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Contact us for International shipping options. We ship all over the world via DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS, but more information is needed to provide you with the best price and service. Please email our team, via sean@precision-sport.com with questions about International shipping.

International shipping can only be quoted once all products are received here in our warehouse in Oviedo, FL.  We will do all we can to combine boxes for best pricing and orders will not ship until products and shipping costs are paid in full via wire transfer.

APO / PO BOX SHIPMENTS

Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will need to email us at sean@precision-sport.com before you place your order. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes. If you choose to have your APO or PO Box shipment sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order. If a package is deemed undeliverable by a carrier that cannot delivered parcels to your post office box or APO the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately.

Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Moton / AST Suspension is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
